1 Time Service 
    These services work very well when you have an isolated issue that has shown up.  Examples: ants in the garage, a wasp nest on the house, seeing some spiders in the house but don't have a history of spider problems.  The technician upon completion of inspection will let the customer know if this is a good option.

Maintenance Plans
    We offer several different packages to allow us to design the best service possible for the customer.

Large Acreage Rodent Control
    We offer services to control mice, rats, voles, pocket gophers, and prarie dogs.  A plan can be customized to meet your need.  1 time services are available.

Commercial Services

Apartment Complexes - we offer maintenance plans to fit the current needs of the complex.  We also offer one time and flex services to take care of a current issue.  We understand multi-family housing and current issues such as bedbugs and german roaches.

Management Companies - we offer maintenance plans to fit the current needs of the community.  We specialize in outdoor rodent control and will customize a plan to fit the needs of the community.  We offer bird exclusion and clean up services; and general pest control.

Office Buildings - we offer maintenance plans to fit the needs of the building and tenants, and one time and flex services to take care of the current issue.

Restaurants - we offer monthly and bi-monthly service depending on the needs of your locations. All service calls are included in the price per service period.

Warehouses - we offer maintenance plans to fit the needs of the warehouse and tenant. One time and flex services are available.  We do offer rodent exclusion which can help reduce populations entering the warehouse.

Bird Services - we offer bird exclusion services such as shock grid, netting and barbs.  We have the skill necessary to perform any size bird cleanup job in a safe and effective manner.

Rodent Services - we offer rodent exclusion and will do the work many overlook.  We offer rodent dropping cleanup services to HEPA Standards.
